We are a large-scale manufacturer established in 2005.
2. What is your delivery time?
Typically, orders with stock can ship within 3 days after receiving the advance payment. Orders without stock require 15 to 20 days for shipment. Specific delivery times depend on the product types and quantities ordered.
3. Can you provide samples?
Free samples are available, but shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
4. What are the payment terms?
T/T:
- For payments ≤ $1,000: 100% prepayment
- For payments ≥ $1,000: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance before shipment
5. What are the delivery terms?
